Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds beyond this period.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging.
  • receipt or valid proof of purchase must be provided.

Items that have been opened, used, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.

If your item is defective, please contact the product manufacturer directly via their website for warranty service or replacement options.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Items with opened original packaging
  • Downloadable software or info products
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling
  • Sale or clearance items

 

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return please:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt.

 

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email confirming receipt and whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
  • The following deductions will apply:
  • 20% restocking fee
  • Original shipping cost
  • If you received free shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time before the refund is posted.
